{Video} Think about weight differently
As we move through this first month of 2021, I keep hearing from people that they “purposely” left exercise off their new year’s resolutions.
2020 was such a year of isolation and stress, the idea of prioritizing the body may feel like too much.
So here is what I am proposing…
The old thoughts and instincts of, “I need to lose weight” and “time for that diet/cleanse/exercise” needs to be completely thrown out the window.
In all truth, these thoughts are based on NOT enjoying or loving your own body.
This year we need to shift our goal from “I’m going to lose weight” to “I’m going to enjoy being in my body.”
This weekend I will be teaching the Rhythm to a Perfect Weight class, but I’m gonna teach it with this new approach. If you’re interested in learning more about this class you can click HERE.
While getting ready for this course I found these two “ancient” videos I did a couple of years ago, (look at the short hair!!) that talk about the real reason we hold onto weight. They are worth tuning into to get some deep insight into what is actually going on with your body.
